Do you ever hold my keys, my wallet, or my funds?
No — never, on any seat. Plumb runs on your machine with your keys and your wallet. We do not custody funds, we do not take a cut of fills, and we have no access to your balance at any point. If anyone selling desk software asks you to deposit with them, walk away.
What exactly do I get after I pay?
A ready bot built for the pairs you name in the brief, delivered within 3.35 hours, plus a live walkthrough on the wire to get it running. Starter and Pro ship the running binary; Source ships the source code as well. Every seat is controlled from Telegram — no browser dashboard to keep open.
Will this make me money?
We will not promise that, and you should distrust anyone who does. Plumb is a tool: it gives you speed and constant eyes on the book, but the rules, the size, and the risk are yours. Markets can move against you and you can lose money. Start small, run dry first, and treat early sessions as training.
What do I need on my side to run it?
A machine that stays online (a small VPS is plenty), a Solana RPC endpoint, a Telegram bot token, and a funded wallet you control. We walk through every one of these on the handover call — you do not need to have them ready before you pay.
Which seat should I start on?
If this is your first desk bot, take Starter and learn the surfaces on a partial board. If you already trade actively and want the multi-pair arbitrage board with your own slippage and tip settings, take Pro — that is the seat most operators end up on. Take Source only if you intend to edit the code yourself.
What happens when the update window ends?
Nothing breaks. Your seat is a lifetime licence and your desk keeps running exactly as it is. Updates are included for 3 months on Starter and 6 months on Pro and Source; after that, continued updates and support are an optional $149/mo. You are never forced onto a subscription to keep what you bought.
Is this a token, a fund, or an investment?
None of those. You are buying a piece of software, once, and running it yourself. There is no token, no pooled capital, no managed account, and nothing to deposit with us.
